Welcome to the 32 new Colorado brewery taprooms that opened in 2024!
In 2024, 32 Colorado locations have opened their doors with brewing operations.
19 of those are brand new breweries and 13 being additional locations of currently opened breweries.
18 of these are in locations previously occupied by another brewery!
There were also 6 new taprooms (without brewing operations) and 4 new production-only breweries.

Los Dos Portrillos Cerveceria II (Castle Rock) – 15 January
A second (and now primary) brewing location for the Los Dos Portrillos restaurant.
Dewey Beer Denver (Denver) – 25 January
Denver location for Dewey Beer Co based out of Connecticut at the previous Mockery Brewing location.
Downhill Brewing II (Greenwood Village) – 01 February
Second location for Downhill Brewing in Parker at the previous Peak View Brewing location.
Zymos Brewing (Littleton) – 02 February
New queer-owned brewery in Littleton.
Degree Brewpub (Denver) – 07 February
Brewpub run by Metro State Hospitality School with beer made by the Brewing Sciences program.
Lone Tree Brewing 2.0 (Parker) – 01 March
Second location for Lone Tree Brewing at the previous Barnett & Son location.
BrewDog Denver (Denver) – 19 April
First Colorado franchise for the international BrewDog chain that started in Scotland.
Verboten North (Fort Collins) – 24 April
Second location for Verboten Brewing at the previous Black Bottle Brewing location.
Northern Colorado Brewhouse (UNC – Greeley) – 24 April
Brewery taproom for the UNC Brewing Sciences program.
milieu fermentation (Aurora) – 04 May
New brewery at the previous Ursula Brewing location.
Shelter Distilling & Brewery (Montrose) – 18 May
Headquarters for Shelter Distilling (which is also a brewery) originally in Mammoth Lakes California.
Westbound & Down Basalt (Basalt) – 24 May
Westbound & Down’s brewery in Basalt at the previous Capitol Creek Brewery location.
Konstruct Brewing (Fort Collins) – 07 June
New Fort Collins brewery at the previous Envy Brewing location.
Very Nice Brewing Gilpen County (Black Hawk) – 15 June
Second location (and primary brewing facility) for Very Nice Brewing.
Wanderment Brewing (Denver) – 22 June
New brewery in North Denver focusing on mixed culture saisons and other styles.
Zuni Brewing West (Crested Butte) – 22 June
Second location for Denver’s Zuni Street Brewing.

New brewpub in the far Northeast Colorado town of Holyoke.
Beerwerks Fort Collins (Fort Collins) – 16 July
Second location for Timnath Beerwerks at the previous Snowbank Brewing location.
Sanitas Brewing III (Lafayette) – 10 August
Third location for Sanitas Brewing at the previous Front Range Brewing location.
Floating Lotus Brewery (Ridgway) – 10 August
Second brewery for the small town of Ridgway.
Breckenridge Brewery Fort Collins (Fort Collins) – 17 August
Additional location for Breckenridge Brewing at the previous Sweetwater Colorado location.
Stay Tuned Brewing (Arvada) – 07 September
New brewery in Northeast Arvada serving up craft beers in a music, movies, and TV inspired taproom.
The Well in Wellington (Wellington) – 13 September
New gluten free brewery in Wellington housed in an old grain mill.
Urban Animal Downtown (Colorado Springs) – 19 September
Second location for Urban Animal Beer downtown in the previous Red Swing Brewing location.
Brew Zone Brewpub (Silt) – 12 October
Second taproom (and primary brewing location) for Brew Zone Brewpub originally in Rifle.
Wild Sky Brewery (Littleton) & Wild Sky Brewery – County Line (Centennial) – 22 October
Major rebrand for the Blue Spruce Brewing locations.
Down Valley Brewing Co (New Castle) – 26 October
First Brewery for New Castle Colorado.
Mad Macks Brewing (Golden) – 15 November
New brewery in the previous Ohm Brewing location.
Deppen Brewing (Wellington) – 15 November
