Welcome to the 24 new Colorado brewery taprooms that opened in 2025!
In 2025, 24 Colorado locations have opened their doors with brewing operations.
13 of those are brand new breweries, 11 are additional locations of currently opened breweries.
6 of these are in locations previously occupied by another brewery!

The following list summarizes the openings of 2025. We’ve collected brief descriptions of each location below, but for more information you can click the link to find out more*… or better yet, plan your next visit!

Presenting the Colorado brewery class of 2025:
Flower Shop Beer Werks (Denver) – 01-Feb
Neon Buzz Beerwerks (Denver) – 01-Feb
Flower Shop Beer Werks and Neon Buzz Beerwerks teamed up with Goldspot Brewing to form the Cheetah Coalition. They both have taps at Goldspot. Three breweries in one location!
Full Frame Beer (Denver) – 28-Feb
After the closing of Jagged Mountain Brewery last year, the head brewer of Jagged Mountain along with a brewer from Our Mutual Friend Brewing teamed up to form Full Frame Beer.
Launch Pad Brewery Bennet Taproom (Bennett) – 13-Mar
Adding to the great success of their main location in Aurora, Launch Pad Brewery opened a taproom in the town of Bennett, a growing community 15 minutes east of Aurora on I-70.
Littleton Brew Co (Littleton) – 15-Mar
Littleton Brew Co is a huge new building with a gorgeous rooftop patio and the largest fire pits at a Colorado brewery about a mile east of downtown Littleton.
Goat Patch Northgate Taproom (Colorado Springs) – 17-Mar
A new taproom for Goat Patch Brewing in the Northgate community that also includes a kitchen offering a wide menu of brewpub fare.
Mirror Image Taphouse at Woods (Johnstown) – 19-Mar
This new taproom of Mirror Image Brewing is inside the Johnstown Woods Supermarket! Grab a beer to take with you while you are grocery shopping or sit down and relax with one afterwards.
Cerebral Brewing Highlands Taproom (Denver) – 11-Apr
Cerebral Brewing opened this taproom inside a beautiful old church that was recently the home of Oasis Brewing. Outside Pizza has a large, wood-fired oven in the back to satisfy your food cravings.
MainStage Brewing Gunbarrel (Boulder) – 02-May
MainStage Brewing has been brewing at this location since the opening of their original taproom in Lyons in 2021 and took it over from Beyond the Mountain Brewing this year.
Rock N Roll Brewery (Longmont) – 03-May
Open only seasonally (May-Oct), this brewery is located on the property of the owner/brewer.
Knotted Root Circular Lounge Taproom (Denver) – 10-May
Knotted Root Brewing, based in Nederland, opened this taproom in what was once a dive bar on East Colfax.
Broken Compass Après Govnr’s Park Taproom (Denver) – 12-May
Storm Peak Après Govnr’s Park Taproom (Denver ) – 12-May
Co-located in the former Govnr’s Park Tavern, Après Govnr’s Park along with Breckenridge Distillery and Carboy Winery. Two brewery taprooms in one location!
Ascent Brewery (Falcon) – 24-May
A great brewery on the outskirts of Falcon with a huge outdoor space.
Kukaro Brewing (Fort Morgan) – 24-May
The first brewery in Fort Morgan also serving some tasty pizza. Kukaro (koo-ka-row) is a Micronesian word that means to hang out, relax, and be.
Paramount Beerwerks (Wheat Ridge) – 24-May
The Werks is a combination bowling alley, bike shop, and brewery partnered with the former owners/brewers of Banded Oak Brewing.
Kip’s Grill Brewery (Creede) – 05-Jun
Kip’s Grill has been in Creede for 27 years. In 2025 they started serving beer made by the owner.
Alidade Brewing (Castle Rock) – 21-Jun
An alidade is a sighting device for determining directions or measuring angles, used in surveying and astronomy. They took over this location from Burly Brewing.
Herks Werks – A Spare Keg Taproom (Poncha Springs) – 19-Jul
Herks Werks is a Poncha Springs coffee shop and a taproom for Spare Keg Brewerks based out of Alamosa.
Strange Craft BV Taproom (Buena Vista) – 25-Jul
A taproom (tap-trailer?) for Strange Craft Beer based out of Denver.
Gunslinger Brewing (Colorado Springs) – 29-Aug
Outstanding small brewery that took over the space from Brass Brewing.
WestCo Brewing (Grand Junction) – 08-Oct
Newest brewery in Grand Junction that took over this large space from Kannah Creek Edgewater Brewery
Cellar West Brewery Taproom (Erie) – 09-Oct
Taproom for Cellar West Brewery based in Lafayette.
Old 121 Brewhouse (Lakewood) – 06-Dec
Six years after opening what is now called Ye Olde 121 Public House on Wadsworth Blvd (Old Highway 121), Old 121 acquired the location of Great Frontier Brewing which offers them a much larger brewing capacity.
While we prefer to celebrate these openings, there were also 44 Colorado breweries that are Gone but Not Forgotten in 2025.
Many fabulous breweries opened this year to add to our already fantastic Colorado beer scene. The Colorado Brewery List Team is excited to see what good beers 2026 brings.
