At Mountain Merman we specialize in brewing small-batch, experimental style ales using traditional beer styles as the cornerstone for our creativity. Our in-house-brewed beer selection showcases regionally sourced grain thoughtfully paired with unique hop and yeast combinations. Our 1 barrel brewhouse keeps our Head Brewer busy, who is always coming up with something new and exciting for our everchanging tap list. The occasional ‘Collaboration’ and ‘Guest Tap’ selections you will find on our menu highlight a few of our favorite Colorado brewers and their current offerings.

Coupled with hand-crafted cocktails, Colorado-based spirits, a hand-picked selection of other beverages (including several non-alcoholic choices), pizza and bar snacks, we strive to always have something for everyone at Mountain Merman.

In finding a location and naming the brewery, JD and Jen wanted to invoke feelings of beauty, magic, and peace. They want to share these experiences and passions with others in hopes that he can, in some small way, instill in them that same sense of wonder and majesty. At Mountain Merman Brewing Company, we will strive to have something for everyone, something that is exciting and unique in an environment that is beautiful and fantastical. Through the attention to detail and care of the craft from the brewhouse to the tap room and beyond, we hope to convey that magical feeling that the name inspires.
