Description
Revolution Brewing is closed “for rebranding and refurbishment. Will be reopening in June as Paonia United Brewing Company. Revolution name owned by Chicago brewery so had to change.”
At Revolution Brewing, our beer is made by humans for humans using only the finest grains, hops and water. There are no chemical additives or artificial ingredients. We use as many local hops as possible grown just down the road from our brewery. Our tasting room is located in a former church, where we still hold fellowship, but over beer instead of pews. Our brewery is located at 302 Grand Avenue in Paonia.
Food Options: Bratwurst, pretzels, other snacks, pot pies; we also have Thai food on Wednesday and vegetarian & gluten free on Friday. Sundays we often have either pizza or smoked meats.
