Stoik has been in the works for a long time. We as “Beer” guys as well as business people have traveled and toured many breweries for years. Germany to San Francisco, putting together a game plan, concept from what we have learned and seen. Living in Colorado during this great time for craft beer is exciting. The front range is booming, competition never has been greater. We will focus on the western slope. Establishing the finest beer and name brand in the small town of Delta.
7 BBL system with focus on Belgian/American style ales and specialties. Our focus will also be on ABC (Always Buy Colorado). Purchasing as much as possible from local farms; Hops, grain, corn, fruit and yeast.
Stoik is also a military vet owned business. We encourage the employment and support of Vets in the community.
